Mumbai, Dec 12: Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited raised Rs. 1120.18 crores from 61 anchor investors at ₹1,329/- per Equity Share (including share premium of ₹1,328/- per Equity Share)
Out of the total allocation of 8,428,730 Equity Shares to the Anchor Investors, 2,809,577 Equity Shares (i.e., 33.33% of the total allocation to Anchor Investors) were allocated to 12 domestic mutual funds, which have applied through a total of 23 schemes.
Fidelity Funds, Government Pension Fund Global, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Prudential Hong Kong, WF Asian Reconnaissance Fund, Destinations International Equity Fund, TIMF Holdings, HSBC Global, Pictet, Pinebridge Global Funds, Societe Generale, Integrated Core Strategies, and Makrana Dunmore Singapore Fund are Merchant bankers.
